Mr. Kumar began his career in the financial and insurance sectors, where he held senior positions with companies like TATA AIA, ICICI Prudential, and Bajaj Allianz. These formative years gave him valuable expertise in customer relationship management, strategic sales planning, and portfolio handling — all of which laid the groundwork for his real estate journey.
In 2013, he transitioned into full-time real estate, and since then, has built a respected name in residential, commercial, and plotted developments. From helping first-time buyers to guiding seasoned investors, his approach remains personal, practical, and honest.
